Faban: To collect statistics on SUT

fa:hostConfig (of course in combination with config.xhtml entries) makes host(s) field to appear on Faban UI where you will provide the server names for all the drivers.

In addition to running benchmarks on driver servers, fa:hostConfig can also be used to collect statistics on SUT using fh:tools as mentioned here -
